Love Your Selfie

Selfies have settled upon society, so we might as well embrace them! Here's our how-to guide on taking the perfect selfie!

1. LET THERE BE LIGHT!

Choose a well-lit area, the sun or light source should always be in front of you to bring out that perfect glow! 

2. FILTER IT

Make sure to choose a filter that compliments your complexion! Many Riffraff girls use Valencia or Pro X when uploading to Instagram. 

3. BE AWARE OF THE BACKGROUND 

Stay away from a background with too much noise. Keep it simple!

4. STRIKE A POSE

Always angle the camera slightly above you for the most flattering view. Make sure the selfie is showing off what you want it to… whether it be lipstick, eyeshadow, new hair… flaunt it! And don't forget about fun poses like the kissy face and open mouth smile. Have fun with it!
