I have the most amazing mother in the world.. she was a single mom 3 jobs and 3 kids. Life was ruff for us. But she stayed strong and took care of us. She has 7 different deseases including artheratis through out her whole body that includes her eyes. Shes always busy working amd taking care of my grandpa sister and step dad. I would like to win this contest so i can take her out and get her the things she deserves. I love my mom so so so much
My mom deserves the $500 because she support all of my crazy endeavors. She goes out of her way to ensure that I am taken care of. She does not take the time to pamper herself and with the $500 she will get the chance to take a moment for herself! Plus my 17th birthday is on Sunday and a $500 gift card to RiffRaff would make it SOO much better
My mom deserves to win this, because becoming a mom at 20, she did everything possible to give me the best life! I've recently at 20 become a mom myself, and she never left my side, never stopped supporting anything I've wanted to do, taught me to be dependent, made me the person I am, and loves hard. She is absolutely selfless, and does anything for her children. She is my role model, and my best friend!
My mom deserves this because she has sacrificed so much for my family. My grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and had to move in with my family while she went back to school. Because she has had to sacrifice so much for my family, she hasn't had any time to shop or pamper herself like she deserves because she is bettering herself to benefit my family. She is supportive of everything my siblings and I do while effectively balancing work, school, friends, and family. Winning this gift card would be so surprising to her and build her up like she deserves.
My mom.. Wow, I fail to find the right words to describe her so I will tell you a story, a story that has changed my life and made me the person I am today, only for the better. On December 15th this year my Dad passed away in a unexpected heart attack. I can go on and on about how much my Dad was our life. Even though my Dad is a part of all of us I want to focus on my mother. Ive heard for years and years that when people get married that they marry their "best friend" My Mom and Dad met their freshman year of high school got married right after they graduated raised me and my two sisters and are grandparents to my three year old nephew. It took me this experience to realize my parents really were each others best friends. What im trying to say is my Mom is the strongest woman I have ever known. Every day, every single day is a challenge and she shows us unbelievable strength and love, the kind of love my Dad would want her to show us. It would mean the absolute WORLD to me to be able to give this to her. God is so good, and he blesses the weak with strength.
If anyone deserves to win this is my mother! She is truly the strongest, most caring, hardworking person I know! She is a single mother to 5 children who has worked 2 full time jobs her entire life. She works so hard but can never seem to get ahead. I can honestly say the only reason she even has clothes is because of me and my sister. She refuses to buy her anything, never had her hair professionally done or had a day to herself. Every single penny goes to her children. I can't even tell you how happy it would make me to be able to tell my mom that she won $500 to buy her anything from ya'll. I promise you if you knew my mom you would also know that there is nobody else more deserving than her!
i personally think my mom deserves the $500 because she always puts others first and now its time for her to have her own time. my mom has 3 kids hunter(middle child who moved out to be in the navy), taylor (oldest child who has moved this week for collage)....so now shes stuck with her youngest...its literally "mom&me". well my loving mother has done so much and more raising all three of her kids, i think she deserves to feel like a princess for at least a day. Every mom is special in their own way but to me my mom is everything, a bestfriend, coach, momager(manager), and a wife. please PLEASE help my momma feel and look as special like she really is :) thank you!
I love my mom because she has always put her children first. We may not have always had everything we wanted growing up, but we had everything we needed. My favorite thing about her is how beautiful she is inside and out. She is a grant coordinator at a private Cherokee high school, and provides the Native American kids there an After School Program and Summer School. These are opportunities for learning they would not have had access to without her help. She has worked hard and lost 150 lbs over the past few years, so a $500 shopping spree to Riffraff would certainly dress up her new wardrobe. She is my counselor, my role model, and my best friend.
My mom has been such an influential person in my life. She's given me a loving environment to grow up in and is very supportive of my goal to become a Physician Assistant. She is extremely selfless, providing day in and day out for me and my brother, who is 19 and has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Her biggest accomplishment is definitely keeping him out of the hospital for 7 years by going back to school, getting her respiratory therapy degree, and being able to provide better medical care for him every day. She spent two years driving to Bentonville from Fort Smith four times a week to pursue her degree. Now, she works at our church as a children's pastor, all while helping take care of my brother and taking time to talk to me each day while I'm at college. She's pretty much a rock star for having me and my brother both 11 months apart and keeping us all alive for this long! Mom also deserves the shopping spree because she just lost some weight, is looking super awesome, and would really rock a Riffraff wardrobe :)!
I love my mom because after 22 years of being selfless and giving she became a single parent of three kids. She is the foundation in our lives and our house. She does whatever she can to get by and make it on her own. She makes sure we keep a normal life and that we are 100% taken care of. My mother has never been selfish, she has never and still doesn't put herself before anyone or anything. She will literally drop anything for her family. I'm so blessed to have such a giving mother and I hope that one day I am half the person she is. My most favorite thing about my mother is her humorous, courageous, loving, kind, and giving heart. My mom deserves this shopping spree more than ANYONE I know because she NEVER gets to shop for herself or buy herself nice things because she uses all her money to finish raising us kids on her own and holding down the fort. Oh… AND she LOVES RIFFRAFF. She works two jobs and pushes herself to her limit. My precious Momma deserves this and she lost a lot of weight and deserves a new wardrobe. I couldn't think of a more deserving mother, or a better mother! I love my mom more than words will ever be able to express!
The love i have for my mom is unbelievable. The things she has done for me is crazy, always putting me first in her life. Shes all i could ever ask for. She works her butt off everyday of the week just to make sure i have everything i need.My mom and i have never had a close relationship til just a couple months ago. My family has been going through some tough times. Mostly between my mom and my father. My mother has diabetes so its really important for her to always be happy, and very important for me to keep her happy bc she deserves the best. My mother does not have the body that society says you have to have, and i feel like sometimes she looses self-esteem, but i make sure i can pick her back and say "you look amazing in that dress" "you are beautiful no matter what" and she ends up wearing her clothes with pride. With the personal issues we've been dealing with It gets really frustrating but it has brought my mom and i so much closer. I am able to speak to her about alot of things and she can tell me anything too. It makes me happy that during these tough times my mom and i have gotten closer. I cant explain how happy i am to have a mom that can listen to me and give me advice just so i can better myself."a daughter is a little girl that grows up to be your best friend". I know she wants me to have a better life and learn from her mistakes. I'm so glad to still have my mom on this earth, i hope to have her for many more years!i appreciate her more than ever for everything she does bc there are many girls out there that unfortunately dont have their mom anymore. I hope those girls know that their mom is watching over them everyday! My mom has made me realize how much she has put me infront of everything ,even her own wants, needs, and sometimes her own happiness. I hope to one day be an amazing mother like her. I hope everyone can see how well she raised her daughter. My mom deserves this for many reasons and this is just a few. I want my mom to feel beautiful. ((((-*--*-*-I want my mom to love her body and love herself.*-*-*--*-*-)))thats what i hope to get out of this. A hard working mother that have given her life to her daughter no matter rhe problems and circumstances definitely deserves a suprise like this! Help me make my mom the happy women she needs to be.Thanks Riffraff.
My mom is the most incredible woman that I know. She loves doing things for other people, and always does it with a smile on her face. She has shown me how to be a strong woman even when going through the toughest times in life. In the past year she battled breast cancer, and throughout the entire thing she stayed strong and had faith that everything would work out the way that God intended. Seeing her deal with something so hard with such a positive attitude inspired me more than I can explain. She always puts other people first, and loves her family more than anything. She is such an incredible role model and I hope, one day, to be half as amazing as she is.
I am so grateful for my incredible mother who continues to inspire me and help me grow into a better person each day. She has influenced me to want to make a difference in the world, and has made sure I always knew that I CAN! She introduced me to my favorite quote by Marianne Wilson, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure… We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, fabulous, talented? Actually, who are you NOT to be?” Her positive energy and motivation are the reason I continue to go after my dreams - and keep dreaming! I owe one of my biggest accomplishments, owning an online boutique that only sells products that have a cause attached to them, to her. She continuously instills in me that there is nothing stopping you from accomplishing everything you've ever dreamed of. She has taught me an infinite amount of things, among which to be kind, giving and loving, traits that she effortlessly exhibits to anyone and everyone she sees. I hope to be half the woman she is!
My mom is amazing! She puts my sister and I first and never spends money on herself...especially fashion! I would love to see her get an all new wardrobe while she's in town this weekend. She has recently lost a lot of weight and deserves an amazing shopping spree from my favorite boutique in Fayetteville! She is a mother to two college girls, a wonderful wife, breast cancer survivor, dog lover, and all around great person. I cannot express how grateful I would be to share this fabulous prize with an even more fabulous mommy! #riffrafflove
This shopping spree is the perfect gift to give my mom when she comes down to visit this weekend! We live in different states and don't get to see each other as often as we'd like (she's my best friend, of course), so every time we get together she tries to do something special for me. She spends what money she has on our get-togethers, and nearly breaks the bank just so we can spend some time together (not that she needs to, I'd do anything with her!). Even with the distance, me going to school hours and hours away from her, I wake to a text from her every morning and always have to tell her, "No Mom, I really don't need you to send me anything. Really." My mom deserves this shopping spree for two reasons: one, because she is ALWAYS spending what money she has on me instead of on herself, and two, because she is so in love with Riffraff (seriously, she can't come to Fayetteville without shopping at your store) it would be the perfect way to pay her back for everything she does for me!!
All that I am I owe to my mother. She lovingly sacrificed everything she had to fiercely fight for us with no want for recognition or affirmation. She is the mother I hope to be for my children: servant-hearted, courageously independent, and agonizingly patient.
I love my mom because she's always there for me no matter what! She believes in me and supports me in everything I do. My mom is many things, but my favorite thing about her is how fun she is. One of my favorite memories is when we went on a spontaneous mother-daughter vacation the summer before I left for college. It was so fun to just pack up my bags and get on a plane and spend a week on the beach with my mommy! She's my bff and I cant wait to see her this weekend.
When I look into my mothers eyes I see so much of myself. Staring into the mirror I see so much that reminds me of her. When I was younger I used to get "you look so much like your mom" all the time. I never saw it. As I grow older I clearly see what everyone else was always talking about and I am so proud to say I will be the spitting image of my mother. She was a military wife so much of my life I was raised by my mother and she worked so much to support my brother and I. She is definitely my rock in life. I can honestly say moving away from her was definitely one of the hardest things I struggled with my freshman year at the U of A. I called her every single day twice a day just to talk or even to sit there and listen to what she did throughout her day. To this day I still do that exact same thing 3 years later. She still knows just what to say, no matter if it is on a phone call being 18 hours away from the place I call home. There are a million adjectives I could use to describe my mother but that would take forever. I just love her for being her and loving and supporting me for so long and teaching me so much about life. I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT I CANNOT WAIT TO BE JUST LIKE MY MOTHER. She is the best and there is nothing like a mothers love.
The love and passion that my mother has shown me has led me to be the person that I am today. She is the "basketball mom", the "forgiving mom", the "caring mom", and the "best friend mom". She caressed me and guided me through every obstacle that I have went through, and she always puts others first. (especially when it comes to clothing). The shopping sprees that we have been on were always for my back to school wardrobe, prom dresses, or homecoming dresses. Never once have we been shopping strictly for her. Because of this, winning this shopping spree would be the PERFECT gift for her! Her love for Riffraff shows each time she takes me in there to shop. I strive to give her things that she has always given me, and this is the perfect way for me to show her how much I appreciate her strong heart towards others and not just herself!
My mom should win because she is such an amazing woman. She had both me and my brother at a young age and she still went to school to give us a good life. She has always been there for me and my brother and we don't know what we would do with out her. She has always put us before herself so she deserves to get pampered. She has been getting sick her lately and dealing with having a bunch of test done. Through all of her test she is still making sure to help me plan my wedding. She is such a strong woman and has been through so much in her life. I'm extremely blessed to have her as a mom and couldn't ask for a better mom. This would mean so much to both me and my mom I would love to see my mom pamper herself.
r! My mother always shops for other people. She finds things she loves and decides to buy something for someone else. She starts Christmas shopping in January, funny but true so all year she concentrates on her family and loved ones and never herself. I'd like to see her shop one time for herself. I've disappointed my mom a lot and costed her tons of money id love to make her smile and let her know I do think about her
My Mother... wow, where to even begin!? Seeing my mom as a child was like watching a ballerina perform her senior recital with a twist of stand up comedy thrown in; she is the perfect combination of graceful and fun-loving. She was married with a child at a young age and over the years she has shared with me the struggles of her past, but to me those stories are what make my mother so incredible. The most admirable quality my mother posses is her determination and complete lack of fear! She is currently attending the University of Arkansas, pursuing a Nursing degree, with a 4.0, all at the age of 47. If that doesn't say determined and fearless, I don't know what does. A mom of three going to Nursing school with a 4.0 doesn't find much time to shop... or doing anything for herself for that matter! My whole life my mom has provided and nurtured me, and the love I have for her can't be displayed in any dollar amount but to present her with this gift would simply make her happy, and her happiness is the most important goal of my life. I would love to have Riffraff help me show my mother how much she is truly loved! Thank you for this opportunity!
Losing one of the two biggest role models in my life at the age of eleven to cancer will be the hardest thing I have ever suffered. My dad was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a rare but deadly form of leukemia, when I was nine. However, my heavenly father never left me fatherless, nor will He ever leave me fatherless. My heavenly father’s love for me is incomprehensible; though a part of me died when my father was taken away from me, God found a way to breathe life back into me. He did this through my mom. My mom is undoubtedly the strongest and most courageous woman I have known or will ever know. God blessed my parents with a marriage that can only be found in a fairy tale, and He blessed my little brother and me with the best childhood one could ever imagine. When my mom’s best friend was taken away from her, her world came crashing down, and I know that her heart will never fully be mended from the pain she has felt and will continue to feel for the rest of her life. However, my mom was a light for my brother and me in the darkness that had suddenly filled our world. She found strength in her pain when it would have been easier to succumb to weakness; she found the courage to fight back against her grief when it would have been easier to hide. We will never be able to thank her enough for this. My brother and I relied and continue to rely on our mom’s endurance and hope, and she gives more love to us than any two parents combined could give to their children. Through her courage, she has taught me to never surrender to the struggles and trials of this life. I cannot even imagine where I would be if it were not for my mom and the powerful impact that she has had on my life. She is everything I could ever aspire to be, and I am so blessed to be able to call myself her daughter. My best friend, my role model, my unconditional supporter, my greatest blessing, and my hero. But the best part is that she is my mom, too. And I cannot think of anyone more deserving for this gift from Riffraff than my mom.
I love my mom, my mom is my best friend. She is always there for me when I need her, and even when I think I don't need her. She's there for me when nobody else is and I could not be more thankful. She is the most amazing person ever and I am so blessed to be able to call her my mom. She never puts herself first. She supports me and my sister in all of our dreams and aspirations, even the crazy ones. She makes me laugh and she is my shoulder to cry on when I am sad. She is my tears of joy when I'm happy. I love my mom so much words cannot describe. My favorite thing about my mom is that she is so loving and caring towards all of her friends and family. She would literally catch a grenade for someone she loves. I want to be just like her when I have kids and hope that I am half as great a mother she has been to me and my sister.
