Robert called Kirsten several weeks before the big day with his plans and man, were they good! He made this amazing framed etching of their names from the University of Arkansas' senior walk asking the big question. Dropped it off to Kirsten the week of the proposal along with a Bliss Cupcakes gift certificate. The day of, Kelly and Robert came into Riffraff to do some shopping making sure to run into Kirsten. She chatted and casually mentioned she had a left-over gift certificate for Bliss from a promotion they had earlier in the week. Excited, Kelly and Robert checked out and took a little walk to get some cupcakes after Kirsten yelled, "bring me one back!"
Kirsten and Tarah then scrambled knowing they didn't have much time. Grabbing the frame Kirsten jumped in Riffraff's windows and displayed it for everyone to see while Tarah ran to hide behind a car with the camera! We had many customers wander in during this time asking what the heck we were up to only to stick around and watch because let's face... who doesn't LOVE a proposal?!
Tarah gave the signal to Kirsten that Kelly and Robert were walking back down the street where they took a short stop in the Mustache. Upon their arrival back to Riffraff Robert got down on one knee and told Kelly to look at Kirsten in the window which is when she saw the frame with the big question and... She said yes!
