Thursday night of Fashion Week was one of our favorite nights by far!!! All of the shows were put on by local designers, thus every look was very unique and artistic. The lineup included UA Apparel Studies Student Association, JOYN, Bonnerbell, and Esque. Not only were the shows fabulous, but we had an awesome time dancing afterwards with all of our friends from Masons! NWAFW: Shop Local Night

[WEDNESDAY: SHOP LOCAL]

The Wednesday night Shop Local Show kicked off the runway events for Fashion Week. The whole night really exhibited the importance of community and local commerce that is unique to the NWA region. All of the local businesses involved had one model walk the runway and display a preview look from their show. Hannah Jones rocked it for Riffraff, representing our theme of Bold, Bright, and Beautiful.

NWAFW: Fashion Night Out

Sadly NWA Fashion Week has come and gone, but ask anyone and they'll tell you it was a smashing success!!! Everyone involved worked tirelessly and it paid off. Each night brought more and more fantastic clothes and people together!

However, we know that lots of you couldn't be at the show and we don't want you to miss out!! Thus, we've decided to bring a bit of the magic to you with pictures from each night! So here we go, taking it from the top beginning with Monday night... hope you enjoy!!!

[MONDAY: FASHION NIGHT OUT]

Fashion Night Out was designed to kick off FW with each participating boutique throwing their own party. Every store had a festive atmosphere and one-night only specials. Riffraff offered complimentary nail designs, snacks & drinks, and crazy 80s music mixed by DJ EJ!!! And after all of that, everyone was invited to Legacy Blues for a killer after party!

NWAFW

It's here... NWA FASHION WEEK!!! We've been planning our concept and creating looks for our show since last October, and can't wait to finally debut [Bold, Bright, Beautiful] Riffraff Spring 2012. The Riffraff show will be on Saturday night, but Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are packed with other events and shows as well! Tonight, kicking off the week, is the Shop Local show. If you are new to the Fashion Week scene, here is a little insight into the vision and goals behind the event...

"NWA Fashion Week was created on behalf of an organic group of designers, boutiques and other market leaders who are committed to creating a vibrant and exciting fashion community in Northwest Arkansas.
In the spring of 2012, NWA Fashion Week will launch with a week packed full of fashion and beauty that exists to grow our local fashion scene and support charities right here in our community."

So join us tonight to support Shop Local!!!
